Check your invoicing details 

Check your invoicing details on the order confirmation and send any comments to yrityspalvelu@messukeskus.com  by 14 August 2023.

Update your company profile 

We encourage you to update your company profile through eMessukeskus under Market your participation no later than 8 September 2023 for it to appear in the exhibition information sent to all event attendees. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROFILE UPDATE 

Register co-exhibitors 

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) latest on 8 September 2023 and ensure their visibility in the exhibition info distributed to all event attendees. Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus. 

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors in this event is 440 € + VAT.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture 

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products. 

Structures and furniture can be ordered on eMessukeskus under Order products and services. Placing your order by 18 October 2023, you will acquire the products at a lower cost. 

• Prices will increase by 20% on 19 October 
• Prices will increase by 50% on 8 November 
• Prices will increase by 100% on 21 November

Structures over 250 cm 

Any stand constructions exceeding 250 m are considered additional advertising space and are subject to an extra charge. minimum charge is € 450. Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental. Any structures higher than 250 cm have to be approved by a Technical Coordinator of the exhibition centre at least 45 days prior to the event. Please send the information to: osastopalvelut@messukeskus.com for approval. 

Note the dimmed lights in the exhibition hall

The lights in the exhibition hall will be dimmed or off during the exhibition. Please make sure your stand has enough extra lights. You can order more lights through eMessukeskus under Products and services. The exhibition hall’s lights will be tested on Monday 27 Nov from 12:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 17:00.

Order a customised stand plan and implementation or a ready-to-use solution 

Depending on your needs, we can deliver a customised stand plan with implementation, or you may choose from three different options that are ready-to-use. Reusability of structural materials and energy efficiency in lighting are key aspects of our stand packages.

Submit your fascia text or logo 

If you have purchased a stand solution including a fascia, please remember to send the fascia text or logo to graphics@messukeskus.com  latest on 27 October 2023. Any changes made following the deadline will be charged according to our normal price list.

Publish your stand programme 

Does your stand offer a specific programme during the event? Update the programme to eMessukeskus (under Programme) to ensure its publication on our event website – this will guarantee you additional visibility completely free of charge. 

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels 

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.

Book a programme slot

You can book a 25-minute programme slot for 500 € + VAT on either of the event’s programme stages. Please contact the event’s producer to book your programme slot: anna.soderstrom@messukeskus.com

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account 

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets. 

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. This will ensure that overlapping events can be avoided.

Passes during the construction and exhibition phases 

You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus (the Submit Passes tool opens in the fall). The pass holder can print it in advance through the email link or the pass can alternatively be printed at any of the entrances of Messukeskus or at our Exhibition Office. Badge pockets for passes are available at Messukeskus’ entrances and the Exhibition Office. 

You are able to create as many passes as necessary.

The exhibitor’s pass is for your personnel at the stand during the fair. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NoHo Partners cafes). 

The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING ELECTRONIC PASSES 

Take care of the safety of your stand 

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors. 

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. Read more about available security services on eMessukeskus website under Products & Services page. After first selecting your event, move further to product category Safety (under Stand services). 

Parking 

Barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction phase as well as the opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders. Messukeskus’ restaurant services

NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer.

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

Exhibitors’ break room and restaurant services 

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is open during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found on the 2nd floor in Siipi conference area. The door code is presented on the exhibitor pass.

You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers. The exhibitor priced buffet lunch is served in restaurant Mesta on the 2nd floor of Siipi conference area.
