Competency Path – a new service to be launched in early 2026Competency Path is an easy-to-use service intended to support education and career planning, competence development and employment. It is targeted at those making career and educational choices, guidance counsellors, education organisations, working life actors and experts in different administrative branches.The Competency Path is being developed by the Digital service package for continuous learning, which is a joint project of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, the Finnish National Agency for Education and the Development and Administrative Services Centre (KEHA) running from 2021 to 2025. The project is financed under the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
