The largest study and career event in Finland, Studia, offers an opportunity to explore a wide range of domestic and international study and career options. The event attracts over 15,000 visitors interested in educational opportunities and career opportunities.

Pricing 2025
Exhibition stand
Booking just an exhibition space (raw concrete floor). All necessary elements can be brought to the stand or ordered from Messukeskus.

The rent for the stand does not include carpet, wall structures, electricity or furniture. The smallest rental space is 4 m². Value added tax is added to all prices. The organiser reserves the right to add fees to the prices, including after registration, if there are increases in tax rates and/or other official fees. The due date for the rent of the stand is 25 September 2025.
Stand package
Choose the most suitable participation option. When exhibiting, companies can book an exhibition space and order other necessary elements later – However, the easiest way is to book a stand package.

Stand package include:
- exhibition space (raw concrete floor)
- white walls and fascia made of a profile or standard structure
- fascia text or logo, both sides on corner stands (not included in stands with no fascia)
- carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (mottled grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite grey or orange)
- basic lighting (spotlights, one per metre, only on one wall in corner stands)
- constructing and dismantling, cleaning before the event

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation.
- Participation will be invoiced before the exhibition, with the due date on 25 September 2025.
- Constructions above the standard height of 250 cm are considered advertising space and will be charged a minimum of €450.
- Expostart € 670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee).
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, registration fee €440 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of €25 per invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the exhibition space is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
- Please place your orders early, as prices go up before the event.
Please note the following points regarding the stand programme:
- All stand programs and related activities must take place within the stand area.
- The volume limit in the stand is 75 db.
- To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities in the stand – such as throwing objects – do not harm anyone.
